In an unlikely event the item arrives broken, please take a photo of the damaged item and box and contact us immediately. We are happy to replace any items that have been damaged due to shipping as long as you contact us as soon as you receive the item and provide us the photos of damage.
Items purchased 'on sale' or made to order / customised cannot be returned or exchanged.
